The Low Income Utility Discount Application can be completed online. If you need assistance filling out the application, visit our office at 230 Davidson Avenue Woodland, WA 98674. Please bring the required documentation listed below with you.
· Total household annual income (prior year tax statement)
· Proof of Occupancy (rental agreement, property tax statement or current PUD bill)
· Proof of Age (see attached document below for a List of Acceptable Documents)
· Disability Information (disability parking privilege ID Card if applicable)
