PLANNING COMMISSION VACANCIES

The City of Woodland is seeking applicants for one (1) positions for a vacancy on the Planning Commission. This is a volunteer positions and the appointed person will be filling an unexpired term ending June 30, 2022. Applicants must be a resident of the City of Woodland.

The Planning Commission usually meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Other meetings may be required as deemed necessary.

Complete details on the commission duties can be found at the city website in WMC 2.32.

The Planning Commission conducts public hearings related to the Comprehensive Plan and its implementation, including zoning and subdivision regulations. The Planning Commission also reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the adoption and enforcement of coordinated plans and regulations for the physical development of the city.
